Every cake we make is a labor of love — baked from scratch, soaked in a rich, buttery rum glaze, and made to bring joy with every bite. This guide walks you through our seasonal and signature flavors, available sizes, and special options like alcohol-free and low-sugar varieties. Ingredients & Alcohol Info

Our cakes are made with basic ingredients like flour, sugar, eggs, butter, rum— plus a buttery rum glaze that gives our cakes their signature flavor. Yes, they contain alcohol, but don’t worry — most of it cooks off during baking. We also offer "non-rum glaze" versions upon request, perfect for kids or just personal preference.

Availability & Ordering

​

The Classic and Frosted Classic are available year-round in multiple sizes. Seasonal flavors (like Pumpkin or Eggnog) drop in limited batches — so grab them while they’re hot! All cakes are made special for you, so place orders at least 7 days in advance.

Serving & Handling

​

Your cake arrives ready to serve. We recommend letting it come to room temperature or warming it up slightly before indulging to allow the butter and rum come alive. Some cakes, like The Classic and those made with Buttercream frosting are shelf-stable, but we recommend storing cakes tightly wrapped in the fridge for up to 7 days or freeze for longer storage (up to 6 months). To thaw: move from freezer to fridge overnight, then set out at room temp before serving.

We currently offer local pickup and delivery in Chicagoland. Shipping is available on The Classic and Buttercream Frosted cakes.
